Flush Fund II

Dear Friends,

You see on this page a rendition of the school bathrooms for the Red Brick building. All of our parish events are held in the hall/gym in this building. I know that anyone who has used these facilities has seen that they are quite old. They are not handicap accessible either. I feel embarrassed that a parish and school would have these facilities for our parish families and students to use. The estimated cost is under $500,000.

We renovated the bathrooms in the church and they look great (Best in the Archdiocese!) Now for my last hoorah, I would like to finish this project before I retire. I am doing a soft sell, not doing a full campaign, and no pledges. I am asking you to consider a monthly donation to this project. I am naming it Flush Fund II, since the church bathrooms were Flush Fund I. If you are a school parent or a long time parishioner, you know how bad these bathrooms are. These funds will stay right here in the parish and are not connected to downtown AOB. If you would like to make a substantial donation to this project, I would be happy to accept it. We cannot begin until we collect half of the cost of the project.

Let us make Flush Fund II an enormous success.

Parish Inclement Weather Policy

Changes to the Mass schedule and church activities will be posted as soon as possible to the homepage of the parish website and our Facebook page.

Parishioners are encouraged to use their own judgment when venturing out in times of inclement weather in order to not endanger themselves or their families.

Daily Masses and Parish Activities:

• IF Harford County Schools are LATE – 6:30 am Mass is cancelled;  8:30 am Mass will be celebrated.
• IF Harford County Schools are CLOSED – both daily Masses and all parish activities are cancelled.
• IF Harford County Schools CLOSE EARLY – all after school and evening activities are cancelled.

For Saturday 8:30 am Mass:  

IF there is SNOW OR ICE, in all likelihood, the parking lot will not be cleared yet; so we ask that you be extremely careful if coming to Mass.  Mass will be celebrated that morning.
